The Art of Vladimir Cora

Cover for The Art of Vladimir Cora

The Art of Vladimir Cora || Vladimir Cora creates his masterpieces in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, including 12 large-scale sculptures of the wives of the apostles, soon to be on display in downtown Acaponeta, Nayarit. Since 1981, the female figure has been a clear focus in Cora's composite strategy. His women overwhelm the canvas and are incarnated with a color palette whose variety responds to the nuances that Cora tends to multiply.
